Green Hat Uprising!

Filed under: Business Building — Fran @ 3:55 pm

If you are not familiar with the deBono six hats thinking strategy - let me give a brief overview.

White Hat - State the Facts

Black Hat - Critical, subversive, often deceptive

Red Hat - Emotional

Yellow Hat - Positive

Blue Hat - Big picture process

Green Hat - Creative ideas - new solutions

In the technology industry you often hear reference to White Hat and Black Hat strategies where the meanings are a derivation of deBono’s original theory.

Where white hat represents “ethical hacker” or one who focuses on processes that support and preserve the integrity and security of the internet. The White hat internet marketing strategies are straight forward attempts at SEO.

Black hat is often referenced when one is attempting to (mis) or redirect search results and traffic from legitimate sources to self serving web pages.

Today we are re-naming our campaign a Green Hat Uprising!

Inspired creation and development is our mission.

Our mission is to encourage creative thinking in your business model. Don’t settle for learning what everyone else is doing. Get your foundation for the technological needs and then spice up your business.

Do not look towards the guru’s for the next big thing - you can be the next big thing. Create for yourself the direction of your business.

Commit to your ability to be a creative leader. We all have it within ourselves if we will only allow it.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light , not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of god. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We were born to make and manifest the glory of god that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
